Return Policy

At Luxe Goodz, each organizer is handcrafted to order — designed specifically for your bag style and color selection. Because of the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless a mistake was made on our part.


✅ When Returns Are Accepted

If you receive the wrong item or there is an error in your order, please contact us right away at contact@luxegoodz.com. We’ll review the issue and, if approved:

  • Provide a return shipping label

  • Send detailed instructions for returning your item

A $30 restocking fee and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🔍 Inspections & Refunds

We carefully inspect every organizer before shipping, but mistakes can happen. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


🚫 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different organizers or color selections once your item has been delivered. Please ensure your selections are correct before placing your order.
