THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Where do we ship from and how much is shipping?
    We ship all over the United States and offer International shipping as well. Standard rates within the United States is $14.95. International shipping fees apply based on your location. We also offer expedited services at checkout for additional charge.
  • How long does it take to receive your item once an order has been placed?
    Once you have placed your order your item will be processed anywhere between 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. We keep a close look on every single order that ships out to make sure our clients receive their items in a timely manner. Some extreme circumstances may arise. If for some reason you do not receive your order please feel free to contact us.
  • Do we make custom orders?
    Yes, we do. Please keep in mind all custom order measurements are provided by the customer. We ask that you are 100% certain with your measurements because we do not accept returns. If you need assistance with measuring your bag please reach out to us and we will assist you. Additional $15 fee is charged on all custom orders.
  • What form of credit payment do we accept?
    We accept all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. We also accept Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna payment installments.
  • Do we accept Returns?
    Luxe GooDZ organizer is a custom order made specifically for you. Unless a mistake was made by us, we do not generally accept returns. if you received the wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We thoroughly inspect every organizer when it is shipped out, but sometimes mistakes happen. You can contact us at contact@luxegoodz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be mindful that a restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from your total amount as well as shipping charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. ​ Once you received the item you purchased we do not offer exchanges for different organizers or color selection for any reason.
